With Daylight Savings "springing forward" on March 10th, it's time to have another 30 in 30 31 in 31. This time around I'm hosting so I'd love to see all you superstars shine! You'll have one less hour to get it done but I have faith Rainers.
Having just arrived home from an inspiring conference in Dallas, I had the pleasure to once again hear straight from the mouths of successful bloggers. I heard things like "I'm #1 in my city", "I've had 3 leads this year already", "the traffic to my website from my blog is huge" and many more that brought a big smile to this girl's face. Not only that but many have been inspired and pulled their boot straps up by a previous 30 in 30. 30 days to make or break a habit Rainers so let's make blogging a top priority!
So what makes your phone ring, what makes new visitors land on your website and what's the easiest way to capture an audience you were otherwise hidden from? BLOGS! Blogging, if done correctly, is the easiest way to market yourself, get in front of consumers and lead readers to your website. So I'd like a blog a day out of you in March.
Now you didn't think I'd let you off that easy did you? Blogging is a great reference for you to send your clients standard information. The same questions surface again and again with each new client of yours. Things like:
What's the best way to prepare my home for sale?
Do I need to get prequalified?
Top tips for first time homebuyers.
How will you market my home?
Do I really need to use an agent?
Should i stage my house?
How much money do I need to come up with?
Can you recommend an inspector, stager or mortgage consultant?
How long have you been a professional and do you have any designations?
Can you explain the process to me?
What's the best way to search for homes?
Out of the 31 blogs, 4 of them must be a core Q&A post. You don't have to choose from the list above, think of the most popular questions your clients ask and use those. Write a simple, generic post you can send to your clients again and again to alleviate their questions thus saving you time. Plus, with all the comments from other members praising your information it may just seal the deal for you.
