"...I have found many tools on AR to help me with my branding. Now many people in Hampton Roads recognize and remember me. AR referrals are the best. I have given and received many referrals that have turned into successful transactions. It has allowed me to network with some great agents around the country making my relocation base more powerful. Not a day goes by that I do not learn something new on AR. The marketing ideas, blogging tips, SEO advice all are great and when I implement the ideas great things continue to happen."

Brendan Winans -- Previews International (Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage): Real Estate Agent in Malibu, CA Brendan Winans (Coldwell Banker)
"Active Rain has not only proven to be a very effective marketing tool for listings and such. It has also directly contributed to my business. I received a referral via Active Rain a few months ago. The agent placed the referral, and I announced my interest in helping her. The next thing you know, I was out showing homes to one of the nicest couples I've ever had the pleasure to meet. The entire deal went incredibly smooth. Because of active rain, I've established a business relationship in Arizona, and two very wonderful people are now settled into a very wonderful home."

Let it Rain my friends....Let it Rain!
