What a glorious day! Freshly back from RainCamp Atlantic City where the smiles and love filled this girl's heart to its fullest! We had a great 2-day event and I urge everyone to check the RainCamp tab on the top right of AR to see if the tour is coming to a city close to you. It's worth it! We shared tons of successful tips with one another and everyone is the wiser for it.
I came home last night and found my roommate scrubbing away at the bathroom. This morning as I showered in my sparkling white tub, I thought "Geez, this is awesome...I should throw him some points for his good deed..." Some points?!?!?! You know you need a vacation when.....
With that being said, I will be away next week in sunny Mexico. I've never been away from the 'Rain this long.....I already miss you guys!!!! But I promise to come back renewed and full of fun pics to share.
Check out some superstars this week and congratulate them on their successes if you a few moments. I know they'd be appreciative!

"I recently met a Realtor who just moved to St George and when I asked how he found my name to call me he stated it was on ActiveRain. After meeting I'm looking forward to having a new client and a great business relationship built."
Jen Birmingham (Coldwell Banker)
"Having only been blogging for 6 months, I consider this small acheivement an ActiveRain Success Story: Last month, I received a call from a woman in Oregon who had read a blog post I had written late last year about West v. East sides of Petaluma. She is currently in a job search in my area and when she's ready to move, I'm her girl."
John Werner (Scottsdale/Phoenix Area)
"My brother has a vacation home for sale in Red Lodge, Montana, I noticed that although his Realtor had his house listed on Realtor.com the listing did not really show up in Google. In fact I coudn't find his house listed any where online, even under his address. I decided to write my first blog post about his house. The results were really amazing. His Internet exposure is through the roof. In fact one category on Google had 29,400,000 search results. his house is now #3 on Google in that search result."

"Where do I begin? ActiveRain has been key in helping me to build a nationwide referral and mastermind group. The exchange of leads and ideas has resulted in a significant growth in my real estate business and respected credibility within the real estate community.....and other national publications. Furthermore, I have received at least one cash deal that can be directly traced to my ActiveRain Profile Page. If you are serious about having an online presence for your real estate related business, ActiveRain must be a required part of your marketing strategy."
Michael George (Arizona Wholesale Mortgage)
"My wife started using ActiveRain about three years ago. Not too long after, I jumped on the bandwagon with her. Our greatest success has come from our blogging here; in that our main website shot from page 3 of Google for "Arizona Mortgage" to page 1, result #2. Since 90% of my business comes from my website, I can't possibly even imagine how much business ActiveRain has driven to my office. Not to mention, I've made many wonderful friends here in the rain."
Scott Silverstone (William Raveis Real Estate)
"The biggest success I found through ActiveRain was the knowledge I picked up through this professional community. The tips & techniques I have gained through this community are more valuable than any other single source of real estate training I have received. I am now able to generate more leads, quality leads, for my property listings. My clients love the quality service I provide, and much of my knowledge was gained right here. The experiences I had at Raincamps in Philly (November 30, 2010) and Atlantic City (April 4-5, 2011) were phenomenal. Active Rain's Raincamps are such powerful events, you can't help but get excited when you are surrounded by others who want to be better at what they do."
Let it Rain my friends....Let it Rain!!
