Kerrie, WOW, I did have quite a few comments, and even a few public comments expressing their thoughts on the increase.    Thanks for sharing!  I even got an email from a guy reading a post on rental scams I wrote a while ago, and needed help.    Our posts DO get seen and help the public, THANKS ActiveRain!

I have always wondered why not the topic of the day, just a thread started by HQ and everyone looks for it, adds to it for the round robin beyond if they happen to catch a blog post or not. Or if it gets the gold star. Weigh in, need your two cents in your market from your experience about.....those are the juicy, sink your teeth into and take away some real grade A tasty beef. Not long winded, not hit or miss showing up on platform, but everyday, a fixture. Like a survey says?(ding ding ding) And tally the results to show what's trending. As a group. In one platform corner, looked for, added to and sometimes in a series to jack up, tighten everyone's list, market, sell (repeat). Why not?

Hello Kerrie:  You gotta love the home inspectors on Active Rain! Their attention to detail is what they do and then gently bringing it to you attention.  Your post title looks like it should be 14.

Great new features and the Joan Ranger is one of my favorites.  Any prospects for a Tonto?

Kerri the  new system does not easily allow photos to be placed in the blog. As you may have noticed my blogging is down because of the flustration of the new system. I can post a comment and half the time it does not even post does not make sense but that is how it is. The lay out is great the look is nice but the over all system enhancements are not enhancements at all. So lets see if this posts or says nothing is here.....
