Throwback Thursday - Nanny and Pop-Pop

Some of my favorite childhood memories were made at my Nanny and Pop-Pop's house in Bay Shore, NY.  My mother is one of 6 children and that meant lots of cousins!!

Look at all those beautiful children. The paneling, however, not so much. It was so in during that period but now, it is a nightmare to sell and a lot of older residents just don't want to be bothered removing it.

Kerrie~ Love the wood paneling. I think we may have had that sofa! I need to find some photos to share!

Oh yeah, I had a houseful of cousins, too.  Holidays at my grandparent's house were crazy--kids everywhere!  Priceless pic!

Kerrie, Awe look at all those cousins!  Being an only child was rather lonely, but both of my parents came from huge families, so on weekeds and family gatherings I always had tons of cousins!

Fun to have so many cousins close in age.

I have 78 between the two sides.  Many I have never met.

Kerrie,

I just love when a a family photo isn't staged by a Photographer! Was this Christmas time? I noticed a lot of red attire, including Grandpa's socks. What a loveable bunch of cousins and Grandparents too!
