Kerrie's Blog: Wordless Wednesday - Fire Trucks

Wordless Wednesday - Fire Trucks

Our building was just evacuated and a few Fire Trucks showed up.  Of course I thought of a Wordless Wednesday opportunity.  False alarm, everyone is ok and back at it.

Big shout out to all the brave Firefighters that protect us every moment of every day!

Good afternon Kerrie,

Hopefully it was a false alarm but good to see they were there in a timely fashion.

Make yourself a great day.

I laugh every time I hear or see Fire Truck after my kids told me a joke of what starts with F and ends with UCK and I about hammered them and then instantly they said Fire Truck lol

I think of that everytime when I see them.  I still remember the signs on the fences thanking the firemen after the horrendous fires we had.  People brought out food and water, cookies, and all kinds of stuff.  What a job, definitely deserving of a big THANK YOU.  A

Kerrie,  It always makes my heart skip a beat when I am in the middle of one of these.  Luckily there was nothing to worry about.  Gotta love firefighters.

Kerrie La Guardia ... Glad to hear that it was a false alarm.  But extra excitement and sirens blaring isn't good for future mommas!  Be safe ... and take it easy for a bit ...

Kerrie, Amen to the safety of all ... including those hot firemen and women whose lives are on the line.  I've been in a building that was evacuated and fire truck rolled on scene. It's an adrenaline rush for sure.

Safety first - firemen put their lives on the line for us and thank goodness this was a flase alarm.  Too often, we have fires raging out of control, even in the East.

The good news is that no one got hurt, especially as they are racing through the streets trying to get there and avoiding people along the way

Good morning Kerrie. I don't mind a false alarm, but better than the real thing. Always a great reminder about being prepared.
